Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items are exempt from returns. These include already-used screen protectors, final sale items, personalized items, perishable goods, intimate apparel, etc.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Return Process:

- Return Authorization: We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be marked outside of your return package.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Package your return securely in the original packaging or a similar box to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship to: Ship the package to the following address:

- Processing: Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
